Project Story

Challenge

The primary hurdle was integrating the Latin characters "AV" with the Sinhala word "රසේ" (Rase) without creating a visual "clash." Standard fonts often make bilingual logos look disjointed. The goal was to create a unified logotype where the English and Sinhala components feel like they belong to the same visual family—clean, bold, and geometric.

Approach

Geometric Uniformity: I utilized consistent stroke weights for both the Latin and Sinhala characters. By stripping away traditional flourishes and using blockier, rounded-end terminals, the two scripts harmonize. Stylized "AV": The "A" and "V" are interlocked to create a sense of momentum and "signal waves," mirroring the audio-visual nature of the brand.

Outcome

The result is a sharp, futuristic brand identity that feels professional yet culturally grounded. The logo is highly scalable—working effectively as a small social media watermark or a large-scale storefront sign—and positions AVරසේ as a modern leader in the creative tech space.
